We used PuroClean during Hurricane Hilary that hit LA, CA.  Our place of business suffered a flooded basement where offices were located.  After finding PuroClean online, I placed a call around 11:00 pm and explained that our basement has up to 3 inches of water.  I was told they were on another job but would get to us ASAP.  They arrived quickly with all the equipment needed to remove the water.  After the water was removed, they quickly moved in to drying the spaces.  A couple days later we had a electrical fire.  I again called PuroClean for cleanup, and again a quick response.  The whole experience was amazing, They were professional, Quick, and the supervisor for the job was always available by phone to answer questions. i had proclean come out to assess my water damaged roof due to a tree branch creating a hole where rain would leak through. I was greeted by  who helped me quickly make a report for my insurance company and fix the damage cleanly. The process felt so much more professional than a mom and pop shop place i was referred to for a prior water damage issue.
